How do I get a price?
Send the brand, model, and quantity. Use the quote form. We reply within 24 hours.
Do you publish a price list?
No. Stock changes every day. We quote each part against current factory stock.
Do you supply obsolete parts?
Yes. Obsolete and long-tail parts are our main business. We check the factory network and the aftermarket.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit for most items. Some factory-direct parts have a minimum order quantity. We state this in the quote.
Who pays the freight and the import duty?
We quote freight with the part. Import duty depends on your destination country. We state the terms in the quote.
How long is the lead time?
In-stock items ship in 2 to 5 business days. Factory-direct items take 2 to 4 weeks. The quote states the lead time.
Repair Service
How much does a repair cost?
Diagnosis is free. You receive a fixed quote before any repair work starts. Standard repairs start from $120 to $220, depending on the equipment type.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs finish within 5 to 10 business days after you approve the quote. Complex faults take longer. The quote states the expected time.
What warranty do you offer?
All repairs include a 12-month warranty on workmanship and replaced parts.
Do I need to send the equipment?
Yes. After you approve the quote, send the unit to our Sydney workshop. We provide a prepaid shipping label on request.
Do you repair all brands?
We repair most major industrial brands, including ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Yaskawa, Panasonic, Delta, Danfoss, and Invertek. If your brand is not listed, contact us. We may still help.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We back up and return your program data where possible. We do not share your information with a third party.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. For production-critical equipment, contact us by phone or email and ask for the priority option.
