2. Our team reviews your request and sends a fixed quote.
3. Approve the quote to start the repair.
4. Send the unit to us. We provide a prepaid shipping label on request.
5. Your repaired unit returns with a 12-month warranty.

What to Include

Provide as much detail as you can:

• Equipment brand and model — for example: ABB ACS550-01-015A-4
• Fault description — for example: “No display, power LED off, fuse blows on power-up”
• Fault frequency — does it fail always, or only under load?
• Any error codes shown on the unit
